Mary’s opened in Newtown in 2013 by Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham in reaction to everything they hated about their industry. Smyth and Graham wanted to create a space they would like to hang out. Their Newtown, Circular Quay, Castle Hill, CBD and Entertainment Quarter locations are all loud, delicious, unforgiving, layered with a warm heart and empathy for whoever is sitting next to you. Mary’s specialises in American-style cheeseburgers and rock ‘n’ roll music.
