Drawing in the queer crowd, Ching-a-Lings is a hidden gem within Sydney. Named after the famous 1970s biker gang in New York, it’s an urban, gritty New York-style loft bar, this is the place to go if you’re over or not into the nightclub scene. A softly lit sanctuary, with low ceilings, couches, a rooftop and drag performances, this place has no fancy cocktails but has beer, wine and spirits as a DJ plays those funky tunes.
