Get fit and have fun
Port Macquarie’s first gay boot camp will run on July 11, 18 and 25, and will include exercises to target weight loss, fitness, boxing, circuits, networking and socialising. The fitness fun will take place on Town Beach at 7am on Monday mornings. Bring a towel and water and remember to dress appropriately.
Contact trainer Rosie Mansfield at [email protected] for more information. These mornings are run as part of Out N Hastings social group activities.
On Friday, July 29, Out N Hastings will hold Winter on the Wharf, a black-tie event. The evening begins with a cruise boat picking you up from Town Green wharf at 6pm. You will be spirited along the Hastings River to the Whalebone Wharf restaurant, enjoying a glass of bubbly on board.
At the Whalebone Wharf a jazz band called Lisa Michel and Band will entertain you. Fabulous canapés, great conversation and sweet sounds. Tickets are only $40, pre-purchased for catering purposes. Contact Jacob for tickets or more information on 0428 352 297.
