If you’re a young person on the Central Coast, you might want to come along to GenQ (social support group for LGBT or questioning young people on the Central Coast). GenQ meets in Gosford every Tuesday, 2-5pm, at RYSS, and in Wyong on the first Wednesday of the month at the San Remo Neighbourhood Centre.
The International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia (IDAHO) is May 17. There are several great events happening in the Newcastle area for IDAHO including:
