Balls drop on Halloween

There were plenty of ghouls, vampires and an assortment of other scary costumes at Friday night’s special Halloween Bingay. This Tuesday there’s a special Melbourne Cup-themed Bingay at Arq from 7.30pm with an extra special treat – Mitzi’s wind-up horse racing. Bookings: 9206 2110.
