Courtney Act is coming back home … only for a night
FOR one night only, international drag performer Courtney Act is heading home to Sydney with a new show Homecoming Queen.
The show is part of her ambassador duties for Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, part of which sees her spreading the Mardi Gras “love” at pride events around the world.
This is the first time Act will be back in Australia after her US television debut as a contestant on the sixth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, in which she finished in the top three.
Act’s show will feature her latest single Mean Gays and takes place upstairs at the Beresford Hotel on Sunday, July 20.
