Ready to roll
Brisbane Pride Festival centrepiece events including the Pride Parade and Fair Day will take place next Saturday, September 16.
Leading the Pride Parade from 10.30am will be a new group called Queer Wheels, featuring members of The Order Of Seven, Dykes On Bikes and other non-affiliated riders.
Starting from Alden St, Fortitude Valley (outside the Wickham Hotel), the parade will finish at Perry Park for entry into the Pride Festival Fair Day.
DJs, drag shows and performers including Sarah McLeod and Paige Phoenix will take to the two stages throughout the day.
